Polls fail to sum up results. What might be the cause?
Most frequent causes are the following:
| * | the code has been modified, e.g. the identifier has been changed. |
| * | wrong webpage address in this case the correct address should be entered in the statistics settings. |
I cannot log into my account with simple-poll
Most frequent causes are the following:
| * | failing to confirm (activate your account) by clicking on the link you receive at the email address you specified during sign-up. |
| * | confirmation email has been moved to your spam/junk folder. |
